As a recent former District 4 resident (7 years as a homeowner), you could not have a better candidate (and representative) than Stephen Barrett. I have been honored to work with Stephen in both political and non-political issues. Stephen is one of the most heartfelt, passionate, and honorable people I have ever met. Stephen truly represents every man and can identify with the average Marylander. One thing Stephen has that so many miss is he does and will listen to his constituents and always strives for what is best for all parties. I strongly recommend Stephen Barrett for State Senator for District 4.
